The NOVA Knee Walker is an excellent mobility device for foot or ankle injuries when the affected area cannot bear weight. The knee walker is a great alternative to crutches. It allows the user to maintain an active and more independent lifestyle which will help the user progress to a quicker recovery. The knee walker has an oversized, contoured padded platform pad which is comfortable and long-lasting. Large 8 inch wheels provide a smooth ride over uneven surfaces. Locking hand brakes provide speed control and allows user to stay in a single position without rolling during everyday tasks. Easy-to-fold down steering column is convenient for transport and compact storage. Used by patients 4 ft 11in to 6 ft 2 in. Weight capacity is 300 lbs. The Heavy Duty Knee Walker has the same height user height as the standard knee walker but will hold 400 lbs. The Heavy Duty Knee Walker Tall version will service patients of height 6 ft 2 in to 6 ft 8 in and will hold 400 lbs.
